Beta privacy notice.

Effective September 10, 2026 · Version beta-2026-09-10

This notice covers beta waitlist requests submitted to DISC Alloys Inc., Vancouver, Canada. It does not describe every use of data inside an existing customer account.

What we collect and why

We store your email address, when you requested access, the notice version you accepted, email confirmation, and our review of your request. We use these records to manage beta requests and contact you about access. Joining does not create an account or subscribe you to a newsletter.

Who can access it

Authorized DISC administrators can review requests. Hosting and email delivery providers process data as needed to operate this service. We do not sell the waitlist or publish applicants’ emails.

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed requests expire after 30 days. Confirmed requests expire 365 days after confirmation or the latest change to their review status. Archiving is a review status, not deletion. Expired records and their email links are removed by the service’s regular cleanup.

Leave or ask a question

Leave the waitlist at any time using a secure email link. This deletes the active waitlist entry, without deleting an existing account. Limited audit records without the applicant’s email may remain. Backup copies, if retained, are handled through the backup retention and restoration process.

For access to your information, corrections, withdrawal, or privacy questions, contact info@di-sca.com.

Service protection

To limit abuse, we temporarily store a protected fingerprint of your network address for a one-hour rate-limit window, then remove it during regular cleanup. Confirmation and removal links expire after 24 hours. Confirming your email never grants application access.
